Article 2.3 ICC Code Of Conduct
Tanim Iqbal violate Article 2.3, “use of an audible obscenity during an international match.” of the ICC Code Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel.
Bangladesh Skipper use inappropriate language after failed review of his dismissal.
“In addition to this, one demerit point has been added to the disciplinary record of Tamim, for whom it was the first offence in a 24-month period,” ICC said.

Formal hearing not needed.
There was no need of formal hearing since The Bangladesh Skipper accepted the offence and the sanction proposed by Referee Neeyamur Rashid of ICC Match.
Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid on-field officer and Tanvir Ahmed, third umpire Gazi Sohel and fourth official Masudur Rahman ask to levelled the charge.
